Thomas Logan
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Thomas Logan is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mirion Technologies, where he is responsible for all aspects of the company's operations. Previously, Mr. Logan served as CEO for Global Dosimetry Solutions, where he led revenue growth of more than 50%, and doubled earnings during his tenure. Mr. Logan has more than 20 years of energy industry experience. In addition, he has extensive experience within the contract manufacturing and consumer products industries. He is the former national Chairman of the Association for Financial Professionals. Mr. Logan holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master in Business Administration from Cornell University.


Jack Pacheco
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Jack Pacheco was named Chief Financial Officer of Mirion Technologies in April 2008. Prior to joining Mirion, Mr. Pacheco served as Chief Financial Officer of Smart Modular Technologies, a leading independent manufacturer of memory modules, TFT LCD Displays and Embedded Computers. Mr. Pacheco was also responsible for worldwide finance, tax, treasury and risk management activities. Mr. Pacheco formerly served as Chief Financial Officer for Ignis Optics, Inc. an optical components startup acquired by Bookham Technology. He holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BS in Business Administration from Washington State University.


Mike Brumbaugh
Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Mike Brumbaugh has been Chief Information Officer of Mirion Technologies since January 2008. Previously, Mr. Brumbaugh headed the data services development division based in Düsseldorf, Germany for Vodafone, the world’s largest mobile service provider. He also served as the CTO for Vodafone’s Global Platform division based in the U.S. Prior to Vodafone, Mr. Brumbaugh served as Vice President for Technical Services for Verizon Wireless and was Vice President and Executive Director of Information at AirTouch Cellular. He also held numerous director level positions in IT at Pacific Bell. Mr. Brumbaugh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.


Seth Rosen
General Counsel, and Vice President Corporate Development

Seth Rosen was named Vice President Corporate Development and General Counsel of Mirion Technologies in January 2008. Mr. Rosen’s prior positions include Corporate Counsel at Siebel Systems, Inc. and attorney at the global law firm of Baker & McKenzie. In Addition, Mr. Rosen’s experience includes eight years at the Technology Transfer Department of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, a 3,800-person U.S. Department of Energy science laboratory with an annual operating budget of more than $500,000,000. Mr. Rosen received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, Masters of Business Administration from the joint Haas School of Business program and Columbia Business School and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley.


Jukka Kahilainen
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Jukka Kahilainen has been Chief Technology Officer of Mirion Technologies since June 2007. Previously, Mr. Kahilainen worked as Development Manager of Radiation Detectors at General Atomics, and has spent a total of 32 years with various multi-national companies in the radiation measurement field. He holds multiple patents in the field of radiation and light measurement. Mr. Kahilainen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Turku Polytechnic, Finland.


Antony Besso
President, Health Physics Division

Antony Besso was named President of the Health Physics Division in January 2006. Previously, Mr. Besso acted as an advisor and interim manager for private equity firms and individual investors in a diverse range of industries. From 1996 to 2004, Mr. Besso held a series of senior management positions in the global engineering group ALSTOM SA. Mr. Besso was also a founding partner in Advention Business Partners, a leading independent consulting firm with operations in France, Germany, and China. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen's University, and a Masters in Business from Dalhousie University.


Iain Wilson
President, Sensing Systems Division

Iain Wilson has served as President of the Sensing Systems Division since 2000. Previously, Mr. Wilson had numerous technical roles with Imaging and Sensing Technologies focused principally in the areas of Quality Management, Engineering and Plant Operations. He began his career as the Quality Manager for GE Reuter Stokes, Canada. Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada. He is a member of the American Nuclear Societies.


Jean-Louis Gouronc
President, Radiation Monitoring Systems Division

Jean-Louis Gouronc has been President of the Radiation Monitoring Systems Division since February 2007. Previously, Mr. Gouronc held a series of positions with MGP Instruments in general management, project management, and R&D. He holds an executive MBA from EM-Lyon, France; a Master of Science in Communications from Arizona State University; and Masters in both Science in Signal Processing and Science in Engineering in Instrumentation from INPG, France.


Sander Perle
President, Dosimetry Services Division

Sander Perle has been President of the Dosimetry Services Division since May 2007. Previously, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Technical Operations for Global Dosimetry Services. Mr. Perle spent 21 years as supervisor at Florida Power and Light Company, in the Corporate Health Physics Department, and four years as supervisor in the State of Florida Radiological Health Program. He is currently the Health Physics Society Chair, Standards Committee and is also a NVLAP Technical Expert, conducting on-site assessments at NVLAP accredited facilities since 1993. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Radiological Physics from the University of Miami.


Ken Neal
President, Imaging Systems Division

Ken Neal has been President of the Imaging Systems Division since April 2008. Mr Neal most recently held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for the Imaging Systems Division and has over 20 years of experience in both international and regional sales management. Previously, Mr. Neal worked in the telecommunications industry on numerous engineering construction projects, in both the UK and West Africa. He attended South East Essex Technical College (UK) and achieved a diploma in Telecommunications Engineering.
